    They always get my order right and speed of service is incredible. Staff is extremely polite. Not a big fan of the pizza unless its a pan pizza, but cheesy breads and desserts are very good. Live so close don't need delivery, however the crew's hustle leads me to believe it would be right on time. All in all its the only Domino's I visit

    So disappointed, I just moved into town came out of work late & decided to order pizza they told me about 40 mins for delivery. It was about 10:30 when I called I then noticed I didn't give them the apt # so I called back & gave it to them with directions on where exactly the house was now it's 11:14 pm & I call them back asking about how much longer because I ordered it a while ago. The guy tells me they called my phone there was no answer supposedly & then call again & someone answers the phone saying they didn't order pizza which is bull crap. Considering I have my phone on me at all times if I called to order something & called you back with proper directions & apt # why wouldn't I want the pizza. & the guy had an attitude & proceeded to say it was canceled like what ! No one ever came to my door & no one ever called me maybe they got confused but it wasn't me so at this point. I just hung up. I didn't care to argue I didn't care for the pizza. Now I'm pissed & going to bed. Just the worst customer service. Not impressed

    Nice pizza store. But we felt that its always good to go and pick up rather than home delivery. For Home delivery they charged every item little high price. Other wise nice food.

    For a pizza chain, I have been very pleasantly surprised with Dominos.  Don't expect NYC pizzeria here, but if you just want to order up something quick and easy that tastes good I would recommend it (Just pizza that is, I can't speak for their other offerings).  As for the Southington store, I think they have the friendliest staff I have ever seen at a chain restaurant.  They were so helpful, and so nice!!!  We will definitely order again.
